The focus of this line is to do research on mechanistic and data-driven models for blood pressure and glucose control. It considers research in terms of a) mathematical models for understanding the physiology and contributing factors for blood pressure and glucose variations and b) model-based therapeutic optimization.
LorThe focus of this line is to do research on CPS architectures with particular focus on optimizing the real-time performance of mechanistic and data-driven models for blood pressure and glucose control. Particularly, this line considers applied research in terms of a) instrumentation and data collection, b) architectures and fog services, and c) pilot deployments.
The focus of this line is to develop applications for patients, healthcare workers, and to improve communication between them, based on human-centered computing methods, i.e., focusing especially on understanding user needs and improving user experience. This line in particular considers development of applications with a user-centered approach focusing on three different aspects of the applications: (a) collaboration, (b) persuasiveness, and (c) visualization.
